Our facilities are available for rent during the year with the exception of the month of July. Below is a summary & rates of the buildings & grounds available for 2010.  Contact the Fair Office 812-372-6133 for further information or to make a reservation.  For details on the sizes and prices of each building, please review the Rental Rates for 2010.  Rates for 2011 will be increasing by $25.

Grounds:  The fairgrounds consist of 80 acres of secured grassy areas with paved drives & some paved parking. There are approximately 25 structures, most are secured & have concrete floors.  Three buildings are climate-controlled and available for rental year-round:  the Family Arts Building, Community Building and the Fair Office.  The Pavilion is air-conditioned and available spring through fall.  Other structures are also for rental including the Livestock Barn, Horse Arena and Grandstand.  The entire fairgrounds can also be rented.  

RV/Campgrounds:
•      Campsites available during fair week by reservation only.
•      Sites have electric and water hookups.
